Validation & Compliance Supervisor

Penta Selezione is looking for a Validation & Compliance Supervisor to be included in the manufacturing division of our client operating in the medical industry.
- Support the company Validation/Quality policy.
- Overall supervision during execution of validation activities.
- Establish philosophy, structure and scope in compliance with regulatory requirements through Validation Master Plans, policy and SOP's for validation.
- three resources to coordinate.
The main job duties will be:
- Manage the company Validation/Calibration annual budget.
- Lead and direct the implementation of developmental work to create and execute protocols relating to equipment, cleaning and/or process validations.
- Manage multiple projects in relation to validation.
- Participate during customer and regulatory audits.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of current FDA/EU guidelines and industry standards pertaining to cleaning validation related to Medical Devices.
- Experience in the following industry: pharmaceutical, medical, food or automotive.
