Panoramica:
**_ Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF)_**_ è un'organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall'assistenza sanitaria. Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in quasi 80 Paesi._
- MSF è un movimento internazionale formato da 6 Centri Operativi e 24 sezioni ed uffici in tutto il mondo. MSF Italia è una Onlus nel campo medico e umanitario e rappresenta la sezione italiana di Médecins Sans Frontières._
Il tirocinio si svolgerà nel dipartimento **Raccolta Fondi all'interno dell'Area Gruppi di Volontari**.
Lo stage avrà l'obiettivo di far acquisire al/alla tirocinante le competenze specifiche nella realizzazione di contenuti di comunicazione per il volontariato, nell'organizzazione di iniziative/eventi di sensibilizzazione e di raccolta fondi nell'ambito del no-profit. Il/la tirocinante si relazionerà in maniera efficace e funzionale con i diversi stakeholders interni all'Organizzazione (volontari, staff, associati) e con i principali interlocutori che concorrono al funzionamento del volontariato di Medici Senza Frontiere Italia.
Responsabilità:
Il tirocinio, sotto la guida di un tutor interno, sarà a supporto delle attività di:
- preparazione di contenuti e comunicazione per il people raising;
- organizzazione di eventi e partecipazione a festival/appuntamenti sul territorio (logística, fornitura, viaggi);
- preparazione di grafiche e presentazioni per iniziative di sensibilizzazione e raccolta fondi;
- gestione della community dei volontari (condivisione news, relazione diretta con i volontari, promozione campagne nazionali);
- gestione di una piattaforma digitale per la comunicazione con i volontari.
Qualifiche:
- Essere attualmente (e per i prossimi 6 mesi) iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente alle attività previste dal tirocinio;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (C1);
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (B2);
- Conoscenze del pacchetto Office 365;
- Conoscenza di piattaforme di comunicazione online (es. Teams, Dscord);
- Precedenti esperienze di volontariato;
- Abilità grafiche e conoscenza di Canva/Power Point;
- Ottime capacità comunicative ed empatiche;
- Teamwork;
- Orientamento al risultato e alla qualità;
- Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione;
- Motivazione ai temi umanitari e in particolare ai principi MSF.
**Condizioni**
**Disponibilità**: full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
**Sede**: Roma. La modalità di stage prevista è ibrida con lavoro da remoto e con giornate in presenza presso la sede di Roma a seconda delle necessità organizzative
**Durata**: 6 mesi
**Inizio**: Gennaio 2025
**Tipologia**: il tirocinio sarà attivato come curricolare, perciò è necessario essere attualmente (e per i prossimi 6 mesi) iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente alle attività previste dal tirocinio.
**Rimborso spese**: € 500 mensili + ticket restaurant pari a € 5 per giornata lavorativa.
