Italy Internship Consumer Marketing - SBX/BBDescriptionLa figura che ricerchiamo farà parte del team marketing di Smashbox Cosmetics e Bobbi Brown, supportando il Consumer Marketing Manager nella realizzazione delle attività di comunicazione dei due brand. In particolare, lo stage collabora allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione dei piani marketing e all'ideazione e implementazione delle leve earned, paid e owned dei due brand, assicurandosi che la comunicazione sia allineata e coerente su tutti i touchpoint. Responsabilità: Supporto allo sviluppo e pianificazione dei calendari marketing con focus sulle visibilità media, digital ed e-trade per i due brandSupporto operativo nell'esecuzione delle attività di comunicazione dei brand: traduzione testi per siti proprietari e dei retailer; creazione grafiche per CRM ed e-retailer; realizzazione materiali PR/influencer; gestione interazione con il cliente finale attraverso community management e social listeningSupporto nella realizzazione di presentazioni di piani e business review ai team EMEA/Global e a stakeholder esterniSupporto alla redazione e al controllo delle reportistiche post campagna, con focus verticale sulle attività PR/influencer dei due brandSupporto nell'esecuzione di progetti speciali di brand awareness e campagne di high-reach mediaQualificationsLaureato/a o laureando/a in Economia / ComunicazioneOttimo inglese scritto e parlatoConoscenza Pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Nice to have: conoscenza CanvaForte passione e interesse per il mondo beauty e per la comunicazione a 360°Buone capacità di copywriting e pensiero creativoPredisposizione all'interazione e al lavoro di gruppoOttime doti organizzative, di problem-solving, di gestione del tempo e degli imprevisti
