Come Executive Chef, sei appassionato dell'arte culinaria, hai un occhio attento al dettaglio e ami offrire un'esperienza gastronomica straordinaria ai nostri ospiti.
Le tue responsabilità includono: Sviluppare e supervisionare menu di alta qualità. Gestire e ispirare il team di cucina per garantire standard elevati. Pianificazione, coordinamento e direzione delle attività assegnate alla brigata. Gestione e controllo delle attrezzature della cucina. Organizzazione e coordinazione degli stoccaggi e degli ordini di tutto il food. Supervisione delle procedure e regolamento disciplinare aziendale per i reparti di cucina. Supervisione del reparto lavaggio. Controllo e gestione del food cost in base ai target assegnati. Supervisione dell' esecuzione dei piatti come da ricette. Gestione e selezione del personale di cucina in coordinazione con F&B Director e HR. Garantire l'aggiornamento e la formazione del personale di cucina. Garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e igienico sanitarie HACCP. Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire una perfetta esperienza culinaria per gli ospiti. Supera le aspettative dimostrando: Una personalità unica e una vera passione per l'ospitalità. Creatività culinaria e abilità nell'innovazione di menu. Capacità di gestire efficacemente una brigata di cucina. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative igieniche e sicurezza alimentare. Eccellenti abilità organizzative e di gestione del tempo. Una forte integrità. Accogliamo ospiti da tutto il mondo, quindi è importante che tu sappia comunicare in: Italiano – fluentemente. Inglese. Altre lingue sono un vantaggio.
