Pandora Italia is looking for a passionate Sales intern who works as a part of the cluster Sales team from our office in Milan.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The sales intern primary purpose is to assist and support the Sales Director in daily tasks, coordinating with the entire sales team and other internal stakeholders.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Creating ad-hoc presentations when required, both in English and Italian at different levels (sharing local best practices, specific content for a meetings, communication materials..)
- Relationship with different internal stakeholders at local and global level in order to optimize the communications flow
- Support in reporting activities with both SEMEA cluster and global office
- Organization and participation in recurrent meetings, calls, workshops and other initiatives with the sales team managing the agenda, materials and next follow up
**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Demonstrable project management expertise.
- Field of study: marketing, communications and business management
- Detail oriented without losing the big picture.
- Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
- Fluent in English - verbally and written

- Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable way and listen attentively to others.
- Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic and ever changing work situations and environments.
- Good time management skills, meeting work deadlines effectively.
