**Your mission**:
At PepsiCo we currently offer an internship opportunity in the dynamic sales department, focused on the Modern Away From Home channel. As part of our team, will be responsible for supporting the team in developing relationships with our customers, driving our growth in the market and make sure we provide excellent customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize commercial strategies as well as other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Participate in the analysis of market data and sales performance.
- Assist in managing and strengthening relationships with chains customers.
- Support promotional initiatives and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations for important client meetings.
- Interact and collaborate with our marketing and trade marketing departments, Supply Chain and logistics and other Sales stakeholders.
- ** The program has a duration of 12 months; therefore, we anticipate your commitment to working full-time throughout this period.**
Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Proficiency in both Italian and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team work skills
- Positive and proactive approach, willingness to learn new things and ability to adapt to change

Come parte del nostro team, sarai responsabile di appoggiare il team nello sviluppo delle relazioni con i nostri clienti, dando impulso alla nostra crescita nel mercato e assicurandoti di offrire esperienze eccellenti ai clienti.

- Collaborare con il team di vendita per ottimizzare le strategie commerciali e con gli altri dipartimenti per garantire un eccellente servizio clienti.
- Partecipare all'analisi dei dati di mercato e dell'andamento delle vendite.
- Assistere nella gestione e nel rafforzamento dei rapporti con i clienti delle catene.
- Sostenere iniziative promozionali e campagne di marketing mirate.
- Preparare materiali di vendita e presentazioni per importanti riunioni con i clienti.
- Interagisci e collabora con i nostri dipartimenti di marketing e trade marketing, catena di fornitura e logística e altri stakeholder di vendita.
**Il programma ha una durata di 12 mesi; pertanto, anticipiamo il tuo impegno a lavorare a tempo pieno durante questo periodo.**
Qualifications:

- Laurea triennale in Economia
- Conoscenza sia della lingua italiana che inglese
- Conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
- Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative
- Abilità di lavoro di gruppo
- Approccio positivo e proattivo, volontà di imparare cose nuove e capacità di adattarsi al cambiamento
