The resource, within Human Resources Team, will support the HR Administration Team and the HR Manager of Plastic plants, in all human resources management and administration activities.
**Main Activities**:
- Act as focal point with employees for payroll issues
- Time & Attendance records
- Activities and administrative requirements for hire, transformation and termination related the labour relationship
- Continuous oversight of administrative issues, mandatory communications, relations with social protection institutions
- Support the HR Manager for activities related to HR processes
- Provide KPI monitoring (absenteeism,overtime..) and reporting activities related HR processes
- Coordinate with HSE for all issues related to Health Surveillance
