We're looking for an enthusiastic Head of Product Marketing to join our team and take full responsibility for our entire product line.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between different departments such as Design, Marketing, and Software Development.You will be reporting to the CEO and will be in charge of the following:Managing a Team made of Product Owners and Designers;Defining the overall product strategy and proposing, evaluating, and coordinating the development and implementation of new products and features;Allocating available resources and supporting in defining a roadmap to achieve growth targets;Setting and tracking KPIs, and taking ownership of the product to grow the business;Carefully documenting processes and relevant information.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as a Product professional, of which at least 2 years leading a Team Lead;Good understanding of SaaS dynamics (from both a business and software development perspective);Experience in coordinating multiple small-sized marketing teams in an empathetic and team-oriented way;High proficiency in English;Willingness to embrace the complexities of scaling, to get involved in operational tasks where necessary, and remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support iubenda's growth.Added ValuesPrevious experience in scaling up a SaaS;LocationAt iubenda we believe in full-remote.
