Job Description
How does your working day look like … Together with the F&B Manager you will make sure that your employees have everything a strong team needs.We're excited to open the doors to a brand new Asian concept in the centre of Paper Island, where you'll present in the every day operation and make sure our guests have a great experience. We are looking forward to seeing you as a Assistant Restaurant Manager (f/m/d).
You'll take care of resource planning, manage the team, and support your colleagues' development in collaboration with the F&B ManagerYou'll make sure that our guests aren't just well-fed, but also happy and contentedYou'll make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothlyYou'll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever,all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time. On top of this, you'll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … You've gained management experience in a similar role, and can speak English fluentlyYou can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests.
