La realtà internazionale che opera nel settore dell'autonoleggio e della mobilità, ricerca una figura di Supplier Accounting Intern da inserire in stage nel Dipartimento Finance.L'esperienza formativa è finalizzata all'acquisizione e allo sviluppo di competenze tecnico operative della gestione, registrazione e controllo delle fatture del ciclo passivo.Responsabilità:Assicurare la corretta registrazione delle fatture nel rispetto delle scadenze di pagamento, assicurando che le fatture vengano adeguatamente controllate nel rispetto delle autorizzazioni, degli ordini di acquisto e degli accordi specifici;Riconciliazioni estratto conto fornitori;Assicurare un riscontro tempestivo ed esaustivo al fornitore su richieste pervenute tramite ticketing o email.Competenze/conoscenze tecnico-specialistiche:Diploma o laurea in materie economiche/gestionali;Buona conoscenza dei principi generali di contabilità ed in particolare della partita doppia;Buona conoscenza del ciclo di fatturazione passivo;Ottima conoscenza di Excel e del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).A LD Automotive Italia Srl è contraria ad ogni forma di discriminazione sociale, di razzismo, di xenofobia, di intolleranza e di violenza.
