OPERATIONS ASSISTANT La risorsa inserita fornirà supporto alle attività e ai progetti relativi alle aree dei Servizi Generali:
ICT – Tecnologia dell'informazione e della comunicazione
- supporto per le attività operative per i nuovi progetti IT elaborati dal Manager con la collaborazione dei tecnici e consulenti IT e HQComunicazioni di marketing
- traduzione cataloghi, brochure, flyer e documentazione
- pubblicazione documentazione sul sito web e sui social networkApprovvigionamento:
- centralizzazione delle richieste di approvvigionamento (materiali di imballaggio, di consumo e di servizi) di attivazione servizi e di interventi generici e di manutenzione
- richiesta preventivi ed emissione ordine di acquistoRisorse umane:
- elaborazione presenze mensili dei dipendenti, con supervisione ed approvazione del Manager
- attività per onboarding del personaleGestione della qualità, salute e sicurezza:
- controllo e aggiornamento documentazione sicurezza, qualità e ambiente
- controllo requisiti richiesti dalla legge organizzazione lavori sulla base delle indicazioni del Manager o RSPP.Requisiti: Diploma o laurea in materie affini;Livello Inglese richiesto C1 (costituisce un plus livello Tedesco B1);Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;Esperienza pregressa in un contesto multinazionale costituisce titolo preferenziale.Si offre: inserimento iniziale determinato 12 mesi con possibilità di inserimento finale a tempo indeterminato.
Orario di lavoro: Da Lun a Ven, 8:30 - 17:30
Luogo di lavoro: Nelle vicinanze di Rivoli (TO)
