Nell'ottica di un potenziamento dell'organico, il Gruppo è alla ricerca di un profilo: Senior Solution Architect .
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno di un progetto sfidante in ambito Financial Services, in particolare a servizio di un importante cliente assicurativo, leader nel mercato Italiano.
La ricerca è rivolta a figure Senior nel ruolo (10+ anni di esperienza) con esperienza, oltre che tecnica, anche gestionale: il/la candidato/a avrà a suo riporto un team di sviluppo e parteciperà attivamente a SAL con i C-Level Fincons e del cliente stesso, assicurando una comunicazione chiara e trasparente sugli obiettivi raggiunti e sulle sfide da affrontare.
Competenze Richieste: Consolidata esperienza in ruolo analogo (esperienza desiderata 10+ anni) Nice to have: esperienza nel settore FS, in particolare assicurativo Capacità di gestione team di sviluppo: coordinare team multidisciplinari favorendo un ambiente collaborativo ed efficace, senza trascurare l'attenzione ai piani di crescita e formativi del team stesso.
Capacità di gestione progettuale: elaborare piani di progetto dettagliati, stabilendo priorità, budget, tempistiche e monitorando i consuntivi per garantire l'efficienza e il rispetto dei vincoli economici.
Capacità di gestione del cliente: fornire report e presentazioni comprensibili e dettagliate per illustrare l'andamento dei progetti e facilitare il processo decisionale.
Controllo Budget e Reporting: Supervisionare e gestire budget complessi, garantendo un utilizzo efficiente delle risorse e preparando report periodici per il cliente, con particolare attenzione all'analisi dei costi e dei benefici.
Focus sulle competenze tecniche richieste: Conoscenza approfondita dei principali linguaggi di programmazione, Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure o GCP), Conoscenza del mondo dati (Nice to have: Oracle Golden Gate) e Datalake, Conoscenza del sistema di elaborazione SPARK, Conoscenza di realizzazione SW incentrati su container Kubernates, Conoscenza della piattaforma Kafka, Metodologie di sviluppo Agile e DevOps, Cybersecurity e Compliance.
Nice to have: Certificazione Architect per uno dei principali cloud provider / Certificazione Agile o similari.
