**Posizione**:
Liu Jo è alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa Junior da inserire in tirocino all'interno dell'ufficio CRM.
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Pianificazione, creazione, targeting di newsletter B2C;
- Pianificazione e programmazione di campagne lead generation;
- Implementazione di A/B test per la definizione della migliore strategia di CRM, al fine di generare insight utili al business;
- Monitoraggio delle campagne e individuazione delle best practices;
- Gestione del database: segmentazione e analisi dei clienti;
- Predisposizione di un reporting periodico dei risultati ottenuti per ciascun KPI/attività CRM implementata;
- Analisi di KPI in termini di vendite effettuate e valutazione delle performance dei canali di Direct Marketing;
- Data Quality: responsabilità delle attività di normalizzazione e deduplica delle anagrafiche clienti; coordinamento con i negozi retail per integrazione/chiarimenti relativi alle anagrafiche di competenza; Omnicanalità: supporto nella gestione delle attività
**Requisiti**:
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e Excel;
- Buone capacità analitiche.
