We are a software company that develops a CRM for the healthcare sector, utilized by the largest healthcare providers in Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, and many other markets.Since 2019, we have been a part of the international DocPlanner Group, which is the fastest-growing healthtech SaaS unicorn in Europe and Latin America, specializing in digitizing healthcare providers and redesigning the patient experience.Job DescriptionThe RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Documentation Specialist to join our product team eager to learn and grow while assisting in enhancing our existing knowledge base.
You'll help ensure the documentation is not only easy to understand but also visually appealing.Your main tasks will include:Reviewing the existing documentation, correcting formatting, and/or errors;Suggesting improvements for the content and layout of product documentation to enhance clarity and usability;Participating actively in product meetings and new feature releases, providing valuable input to ensure accuracy in documentation;Organizing and streamlining the layout of product documentation in Notion, ensuring consistent formatting and ease of navigation;Producing short videos to explain new features;Posting product news on LinkedIn.You will also have the chance to learn how a tech-scale-up company operates from the inside and become familiar with a complex software product that positively impacts the lives of numerous patients.QualificationsWhat Will Make You ShineAbove all, we are looking for someone with a curious mindset who is open to learning.The ideal candidate profile would include:1 year of experience as Technical Writer or similar role;Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow;Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing;Proficiency in Notion (nice to have);Advanced level of Italian (as all team members are Italian);Advanced level of English (as most of the documentation is in English);A passion for technology and/or making an impact in healthcare;Spanish a plus (nice to have).Additional InformationThe Hiring ProcessA first online task to assess your motivation and English proficiency;An interview with a member of our HR Team to discuss your interests and motivation;A final interview with the Tutor (45 min).What We Offer:A dynamic and informal work environment that values all employees;Share options plan after 6 months of effective work with us;Full remote work with the possibility of coming to our offices in Bologna/Barcelona, as you preferAdditional day off for your birthday;A close-knit team of professionals, willing to share their expertise.
