Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Documentation Specialist to join our product team at DocPlanner, a leading healthcare technology company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our existing knowledge base and ensuring that our documentation is accurate, easy to understand, and visually appealing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and improve existing documentation, correcting formatting and errors
  • Suggest improvements for content and layout to enhance clarity and usability
  • Participate in product meetings and new feature releases, providing valuable input to ensure accuracy in documentation
  • Organize and streamline documentation in Notion, ensuring consistent formatting and ease of navigation
  • Produce short videos to explain new features
  • Post product news on LinkedIn
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing
  • Proficiency in Notion (nice to have)
  • Advanced level of Italian (as all team members are Italian)
  • Advanced level of English (as most of the documentation is in English)
  • A passion for technology and/or making an impact in healthcare
  • Spanish a plus (nice to have)
