Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies, di cui ancora è conosciuta la storica denominazione sociale IRCA SPA, è un'Azienda che produce resistenze elettriche e sistemi riscaldanti completi di controlli elettronici per applicazioni industriali e domestiche.

Fondata nel 1963 dalla Famiglia Zoppas, che ne detiene tuttora la proprietà, ad oggi è presente in Italia con 3 stabilimenti produttivi, e nel mondo con più di 11 plant e diverse sedi commerciali a copertura del mercato World Wide. Grazie alla sua forte leadership di mercato, che si basa su solide competenze e costante innovazione, ha sviluppato negli anni differenti settori applicativi (es. Automotive, Spaziale, Aeronautico, Medicale, Food Service, Process Heating etc.) strutturando un'organizzazione fortemente manageriale che dall'HQ italiano controlla globalmente tutto il Gruppo.

Posizione: L'NPI Quality Engineer ha una consolidata esperienza in area Qualità (prodotto, processo e sistema). Nel suo ruolo è coinvolto in 3 fasi fondamentali della realizzazione dei nostri prodotti: analisi di mercato, pianificazione sviluppo prodotto e lancio del progetto.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA: Nell'ambito delle attività di analisi si occuperà di verificare la qualità attesa dal mercato in riferimento al prodotto, le normative di riferimento e le validazioni a cui il progetto dovrà essere soggetto.In relazione allo sviluppo prodotto, partecipa alla design review; monitora che non vengano saltate fasi del processo di sviluppo prodotto ma che ci si attenga alle procedure; monitora i fornitori nello sviluppo delle campionature ed eventualmente gestisce in questa fase le non conformità, insieme all'ufficio tecnico.Nella fase di lancio l'NPI coordina la preparazione della documentazione di qualità, definendo chi fa che cosa e monitora i KPI di lancio nella produzione stabilizzata. Requisiti: Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Quality NPI Engineer in aziende manifatturiere di grandi dimensioni, oppure esperienza trasversale in ambito qualità (5-10 anni).Capacità di gestione progetti di natura tecnica.Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo prodotto.Conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi dei processi.Capacità di gestione Team inter funzionali.Ottime capacità comunicative.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.Disponibilità a trasferte.
