Chiesi Corporate Functions These are the functions supporting the business at a Corporate Level: Global HR Global Finance, Procurement & IT Group Legal & Corporate Affairs Global Communication & External Relations Transformation Global Strategy, SV&S and Business Development Who we are looking for Purpose In this role you will be part of a global team that plays an important role to provide the Chiesi Governance Bodies and senior management with reliable data, analyses and reports to support a correct decision making process and progress ahead for the company.
We work every day with many different stakeholders within R&D and across the company, mixing our different backgrounds to elaborate long term projections of R&D timelines, costs and resources demand.
Main Activities - Support monthly reports elaboration for portfolio milestones tracking and clinical trials timelines - Support R&D KPIs data collection, elaboration and final presentation preparation- Support internal and external benchmark activities- Support the elaboration of R&D timelines, costs and FTEs long term projections- Support maintenance activities of the R&D Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management system (Planisware)  Education Degree in Economics or Business Economics or Management Engineering  Languages Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience abroad is a plus.
Technical Skills - Basic knowledge of objectives and definitions of the use of Key performance indicators - Basic knowledge of P&L and economic/financial indicators- Basic knowledge of Project Management- Basic knowledge of business cases and scenarios elaboration and economic evaluation- Use of Microsoft Office applications (advanced use of Excel and Power Point in particular) Soft Skills Analytical skills Goal orientation Contract and Benefit 6 months internship Monthly Reimbursement of 1000 EurosMeal vouchers for each day of remote activitiesFree access to internal canteen for lunchFree shuttle reserved to Chiesi employees from railway station to Chiesi HQ and/or free pass to the urban public service What we offer You would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.In Chiesi we firmly believe that our people are our most valuable asset , that is why we invest in continuous training, learning and development.
