Posizione e contesto lavorativo:

Ricerchiamo per importante azienda cliente con sede a Poggio Renatico (FE) un/una Production Manager .

La persona che verrà assunta si occuperà di gestire la produzione assicurando la produttività e l'efficienza; sarà responsabile della gestione del servizio Service per la parte di installazione macchine/impianti. Nel dettaglio le mansioni saranno:

Presiede e organizza le operazioni quotidiane degli impianti di produzione dell'azienda assicurando il funzionamento ottimale ed efficiente.

Presiede e ottimizza le attività di cantiere (installazione e commissioning).

Assicura che gli obiettivi di budget vengano raggiunti nelle tempistiche richieste e ottenendo gli standard di qualità previsti, allocando le risorse in base alle competenze necessarie, in stretta collaborazione con l'Operation Manager.

Raccoglie e analizza i dati di produzione.

Ricerca e mette a frutto le opportunità di miglioramento della produzione, implementando le strategie necessarie, in stretta collaborazione con l'Operation Manager.

È responsabile del rispetto di norme di igiene e sicurezza sul lavoro (reparti e cantieri).

Rispetto dei piani di produzione (tempi e costi).

Supporta le attività di ricerca e sviluppo, standardizzazione e industrializzazione prodotti.

Competenze Richieste:

Esperienza lavorativa pregressa nella mansione di almeno 5 anni maturata in aziende del settore impiantistica industriale.

Lean Production.

Conoscenza gestionale SAP.

Formazione:

Diploma Tecnico, Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale/Meccanica.

Luogo di lavoro:

Poggio Renatico (FE).

Tipologia di contratto:

Assunzione diretta da parte dell'azienda. Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati alla seniority del profilo individuato.
