Il ruolo Gestirai lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e supporti, la progettazione di nuovi concetti e nuovi brevetti (IP) di filtri idraulici e liquidi.
Seguirai anche l'organizzazione, l'esecuzione e l'analisi di test di sviluppo ed effettuerai una analisi comparativa dei concorrenti.
Di cosa ti occuperai Realizzerai progetti di sviluppo attraverso la creazione di specifiche di progettazione, pianificazione dei tempi, analisi dei costi, costruzione/calcolo di componenti e moduli in progettazione 2D/3D.
Seguirai l'organizzazione, la progettazione e l'analisi di test per progetti di sviluppo per fornire opportunità di distribuzione al reparto vendite.
Gestirai l'ottimizzazione del prodotto attraverso l'analisi di metodi di sviluppo e di eventuali problemi nei prodotti esistenti, studiando soluzioni per ottimizzare la qualità della produzione.
Definirai gli obiettivi del programma tecnico e delle specifiche di prodotto per soddisfare le esigenze di marketing e produzione.
Effettuerai un aggiornamento continuo su progetti, metodi, tecniche, materiali con potenziali applicazioni per migliorare il vantaggio competitivo, supportando la direzione sugli sviluppi futuri di prodotti o applicazioni.
POTRESTI ESSERE LA PERSONA GIUSTA SE Hai una Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettromeccanica o indirizzo analogo.
Hai svolto almeno tre anni di esperienza ingegneristica nel settore.
Parli e scrivi inglese in modo fluente (una eventuale seconda lingua è una risorsa in più).
Hai una conoscenza generale dei metodi di produzione, delle capacità e dei materiali.
Hai idealmente una conoscenza di software commerciali CAD/CAE/CFD/FEA.
Capacità di presentazione e comunicazione a tutti i livelli, proattività e buona determinazione sono considerati elementi portanti per la buona interpretazione del ruolo.
