»Descrizione del Lavoro:Stiamo cercando un/a Contract Manager esperto/a e motivato/a per gestire contratti complessi nell'ambito di costruzione di data center.
Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza nella gestione dei contratti nel settore delle costruzioni e sarà responsabile della supervisione delle relazioni contrattuali, del rispetto delle scadenze e della gestione del budget.Responsabilità Principali:Redigere, rivedere e negoziare i contratti con clienti, fornitori e subappaltatori.Monitorare l'implementazione dei contratti per assicurare la conformità con le regolamentazioni e gli standard aziendali.Gestire le relazioni con i clienti, risolvendo eventuali controversie e assicurando una comunicazione efficace.ùSviluppare e implementare strategie per ottimizzare il processo di gestione dei contratti.Collaborare con il team di progetto per garantire la realizzazione dei progetti nei tempi e nel rispetto del budget.Analizzare i rischi contrattuali e proporre soluzioni per mitigarli.Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria Edile o settore correlato.Esperienza minima di 5 anni nel ruolo di Contract Manager nel settore delle costruzioni, preferibilmente con esperienza in progetti di data center.Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e delle pratiche contrattuali nel settore delle costruzioni.Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e di problem solving.Ottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseCapacità di lavorare in team e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamenteContract type: CDI
