Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for an **Ad Personam Expert Production **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Ad Personam** and functionally to the **Chief Manufacturing Officer.**
You will be responsible for planning and steering all logistic and production activities related to the Ad Personam projects.
Your main activities will be:
- Leading the Ad Personam SET (Simultaneous Engineering Teams) Interactions providing operative and management action following the defined SET structure, fostering analysis and facilitating decision making, eventually overruling SET decisions or escalating concerns to the Ad Personam Team and relevant functions
- Being in charge of processing the Ad Personam personalization requests by customers that involve the logistic and production processes
- Coordinating and tracking logistic and production targets and key figures of Ad Personam projects, initiating measures to achieve targets
- In case of deviations from targets, delays and conflict situations, introducing countermeasures to achieve the target and, if necessary, escalating
- Defining and managing production activities plan for Ad Personam projects in coordination with Project Management
- Managing the logistic and production budget in Ad Personam projects
- Reporting about Ad Personam projects status update to the Head of Ad Personam
- Managing the sharing of information and coordinate for production and logistic activities with the Industrial function
- Being in charge of managing the production business case requirements related to the Ad Personam projects
**About you**
- University Degree in Engineering
- At least 4 years' experience in Automotive/Metal-mechanics companies: Production/Logistic, Engineering, Project Management roles
- Good product knowledge
- Development and Production processes
- Experience in Automotive field
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite are mandatory
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Self confidence and leadership
- Analysis and problem solving
- Teamwork and good relational skills
- High level of experience in steering project in term of:
- Complexity management
- Good standing and presentation skills
- Time and cost management & Prioritization
- Good level of independency
