The Solutions division designs and delivers logistics solutions, including a wide range of value added services.Our main services are:For our office in Modena (MO) we are looking for a  Supervisor of facilities and general service that oversees and coordinate:all aspects related to the building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilitiesall activities related to the management of the plant's Prevention and Protection Serviceall activities related to Security of company asset from the protection of people and staff to the prevention of theft and inventory lossall aspects of purchasing products that are essential for our company's day-to-day operationsall aspects of maintenance and new development of automation and service equipmentsOur ideal candidate, coming from Industrial& Logisticssector , is well-versed in facilities and general service management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.Objectives of this roleEnsure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning proceduresKeep equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirementsOrganize and plan building installments and refurbishmentsSupervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendorsHandle insurance and general service contractsKeep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocolCollaborate in defining instructions and operating methods that guarantee the health and safety of all workers and visitors in the relevant plant in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008Draw up the Health and Safety Reporting and respond to corporate requests within the established timescalesPropose and activate plans and specific actions to improve safety within the PlantsDevelop and implement security standards and ensure that they are followed by all company and external staffEvaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.)
