Stiamo ricercando un Process Engineer con pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, che sarà inserito all'interno del team di Process Engineering dello stabilimento di Parma.
Interfacciandosi con le aree di Produzione Montaggio e Collaudo, Engineering, Qualità, Sicurezza e altre funzioni aziendali, la figura ricercata si occuperà dei seguenti ambiti di attività:
- valutare azioni di miglioramento continuo volte a massimizzare l'efficienza del processo produttivo;
- partecipare ai team di analisi dei rischi di processo FMEA, proponendo progetti specifici di miglioramento;
- condurre progetti di miglioramento continuo approvati e definizione dello standard;
- gestire l'industrializzazione di nuovi processi / prodotti;
- predisporre istruzioni di lavoro e formare il personale;
- mantenere aggiornata la documentazione tecnica in accordo alle certificazioni di qualità;
- definire le specifiche tecniche e disegnare le attrezzature necessarie all'interno delle linee produttive e interfacciarsi con i fornitori per l'approvvigionamento delle stesse;
- supportare il reparto produttivo nel raggiungimento dei KPI di efficienza e qualità.
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
– Laurea in Ing. Gestionale o Ing. Meccanica;
– Almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in contesti manifatturieri;
– Competenze di Project Management;
– Significativa esperienza nell'utilizzo degli strumenti di Lean Manufacturing (PDCA, 5S, Kaizen…);
– Conoscenza di strumenti di disegno CAD 3D. Preferibilmente Pro-e;
– Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
– Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (in particolare Excel);
– Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte internazionali.
Completano il profilo le seguenti caratteristiche personali:
- Ottime capacità di analisi e di gestione dei dati;
- Capacità di relazionarsi internamente ed esternamente all'organizzazione a tutti i livelli;
- Capacità di lavorare in team, anche a livello inter-funzionale;
- Buona capacità di gestione del tempo e delle priorità.
