  Riepilogo della funzione

Ciò che chiediamo alla persona che si propone è di essere in grado di coordinare, organizzare e supervisionare tutti i metodi del processo produttivo e le attività di ingegneria che consentono la produzione e la catena di fornitura secondo il principio lean; ciò include supportare l’ingegneria, i processi di lancio di nuovi prodotti e le attività di miglioramento continuo.

La posizione è responsabile dello sviluppo, dell'implementazione e del mantenimento del processo di produzione per guidare la qualità e l'efficienza e per sviluppare impianti di produzione che migliorino la competitività delle operazioni.

Responsabilità

Apportare un miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi su prodotto standard. Migliorare la produttività in officina e favorire una riduzione controllabile della spesa. Lavorare con principi snelli e migliorarne la cultura nello stabilimento con un approccio alla risoluzione dei problemi. Identificare e supportare il miglior layout per i processi produttivi Introduzione nella produzione di nuovi prodotti con nuovi lavori standard e formazione agli operatori  Sviluppare e attuare raccomandazioni per migliorare l'efficienza e la redditività dell'impianto Avere una visione a lungo termine per le apparecchiature di processo Assicurarsi che tutte le apparecchiature soddisfino le norme di sicurezza

Requisiti essenziali

Due/tre anni di esperienza in ambito manifatturiero. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Competenze informatiche: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint Conoscenza dell'ingegneria di produzione Comprensione dell'approccio Lean Manufacturing Si richiede capacità comunicative interfunzionali a diversi livelli
