YOU WILL VIBE WITH US La risorsa ricercata è un: Data Protection Specialist, che verrà inseritall'interno della Direzione Legale. La risorsa sarà impegnata nel garantire la conformità della normativa sulla protezione dei dati e supportare le varie aree aziendali nell'adozione di pratiche di privacy e sicurezza dei dati.Principali attività: Monitorare e verificare l'applicazione delle norme GDPR, delle leggi sulla protezione dei dati personali e i provvedimenti del Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali;Redigere e aggiornare le informative e le policy di data protection aziendali;Supportare la redazione di valutazioni di impatto sulla protezione dei dati (DPIA);Fornire supporto legale e consulenza interna sulle tematiche legate alla privacy e protezione dei dati, nonché sulla ISO / IEC27701;Collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire l'implementazione di misure di sicurezza adeguate;Formare e sensibilizzare i dipendenti sulle best practice in tema di data protection.WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU Passione per il cliente, rispetto, immaginazione, semplicità e spirito imprenditoriale sono i valori che ricerchiamo nelle nostre persone. Requisiti minimi: Almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo o affine, preferibilmente all'interno di contesti multinazionali;Laurea Triennale in Giurisprudenza, Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o in ambito tecnico-giuridico correlato;Conoscenza approfondita del GDPR e delle normative internazionali sulla protezione dei dati, esperienza nell'implementazione di misure di sicurezza informatica, competenze legali nell'ambito della privacy e data protection, capacità di redazione di policy e documentazione legale;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.Apply now and Vibe with Us
