Particularly, in a context where digitalization represents one of the most crucial competitive factors for the development of financial sector companies, there is an exponential increase in risks related to cyber threats, which banking supervision and regulators are now addressing through the definition of new requirements in terms of digital resilience and cyber security (e.g. NIS2, DORA, AI Act) and the execution of new resilience tests and simulations such as cyber stress tests.As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy & Transformation Team, we will need you contribution in order to support clients in facing the major challenges of the current context: align with the new DORA regulation requirements and perspectives, strengthen digital resilience capabilities of financial entities business at all levels, transform traditional business continuity frameworks and strategies, define new methodologies for the execution of cyber security and resilience advanced testing. You will thrive in teams of diverse and talented professionals with multiple background from the geographical and academic perspective.#YourRole· Manage resilience and BCM projects (e.g. Digital Resilience Transformation Programs, BCM Framework Activities Execution and Transformation, Cyber Stress Test Preparation and Execution, Criticality Assessment Execution, Operational Resilience Strategies Definition) by identifying, evaluating and designing innovative and best-in-class solutions to allow our clients facing the continuously evolving threat landscape, by demonstrating operational excellence, vision and strategic thinking; · Contribute to the development of Deloitte digital resilience and BCM service offering by sharing innovative ideas in line with the newest needs coming from the market;· Execute complex projects activities requiring the definition of new approaches and methodologies in the field of operational resilience and BCM for primary entities of the financial sector at the national and international level; · Coordinate delivery teams while supporting the more senior colleagues in managing and developing client relations and expectations; · Face and solve customer challenges in an innovative and effective way by cooperating with colleagues from the other practices of Deloitte Cyber Risk Offering and other Deloitte Offerings; · Support the management in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen our business relations and create new opportunities in the field of digital resilience and BCM. #WinningRequirements· 2-6 years of experience, preferably in a Strategic Consulting company delivering project activities in the field of digital resilience and BCM;· Solid expertise in Digital Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Backup and Recovery, Incident Response and Recovery, Cyber Security Testing and Simulation, Cyber Security and Resilience Regulation;· Passion and curiosity for the cybersecurity industry and technology trends, innovations and frameworks, as well as current security technologies · Be an independent and collaborative person who cooperates in one or more project teams to deliver high quality results· Ability to conduct complex analyses and communicate them clearly and concisely to target audiences of different cultures, technical backgrounds and levels of seniority· Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues· Fluent knowledge of English language· Certifications in the field of resilience and BCM (e.g. ISO 22301, CBCP, CCRP)#MakeanImpactThatMatters?We are committed to reduce our impacts and encourage people to behave in a sustainability way.
