Operational management of procurement processes for indirect purchases and services through Coupa portal. Organization of documentation of RFPs (requests for proposals) and RFQs (requests for quotations). Archiving of administrative and technical documentation. Economic alignment of suppliers' tender bids. Scouting for new suppliers Check related to supplier compliance through the BVD portal for supplier risk analysis Supporting the Legal team in drafting contracts with suppliers Your profile Degree in economics Previous intern in Indirect Procurement is appreciated. Fluent English, written and spoken. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Interpersonal qualities complete your profile: very good communication and relationship skills, excellent ability to plan activities by autonomously managing priorities and deadlines, excellent problem-solving skills.
