Job DescriptionOur MissionWe are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our HR team based in Milan and reporting to the Chief People Officer. This role is instrumental to our organization, as it involves managing both our office-production population in Italy and the expansive EMEA retail network. You will lead a team of HRBPs for a scope of 6 countries.Your Opportunity:Codesign and implement the People agenda aligned with the company's overall objectives, ensuring business growth and employee engagement.Be a strategic partner and a coach to managers to enhance their team motivation and performance.Ensure the efficiency of the talent acquisition and development approach.Get the most out of people discussions to identify and support talents in their professional growth. Develop and implement retention strategies. Create and feed succession pipelines.With the support of the labor law team, handle employee relations matter effectively. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.Collaborate with the C&B team in managing the forecast and budget process.
