Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all'interno del Trade Marketing presso la sede di Milano in presenza, 5 giorni su 5, che possa supportare il Trade Marketing Coordinator nella gestione delle attività rivolte alla forza vendita, ai distributori e ai salon.
La risorsa si interfaccerà con diversi stakeholders e dipartimenti: Export Manager, Direzione Sales e Marketing di Prodotto.
Responsabilità
• Supportare il Trade Marketing Coordinator nella preparazione delle presentazioni per la forza vendita per riunioni con gli Area Manager e in occasione delle riunioni export;
• Coordinamento con gli Export Aerea Manager per la raccolta forecast delle promozioni;
• Supportare il Trade Marketing Coordinator nella comunicazione con il team social per tutte le iniziative dedicate sia al mercato Italia che estero;
• Supportare il Trade Marketing Coordinator nel controllo di tutti i materiali di comunicazione e di vendita che vengono erogati all'esterno garantendone la correttezza e la coerenza con le indicazioni della Direzione;
• Predisporre nelle lingue dei paesi distributori i materiali per la forza vendita e i materiali trade, avvalendosi del supporto di agenzie di traduzione;
• Supportare il Trade Marketing Coordinator nella realizzazione di materiali con comunicazione dei prezzi;
• Condividere materiali istituzionali, immagini e presentazioni con la forza vendita e i distributori attraverso gli strumenti aziendali dedicati;
• Condivisione con i distributori esteri di immagini e materiali da loro stampabili e pubblicabili;
• Realizzazione schede tecniche dei trattamenti;
• Collaborare alla definizione e realizzazione di materiali di comunicazione per pubblicizzare le attività di Nashi Argan;
• Collaborare alla realizzazione di video tutorial sull'utilizzo dei prodotti e la gestione degli eventi;
• Collaborare alle attività di formazione destinate ai saloni, agli agenti.
Requisiti
Laurea in Marketing;
Esperienza pregressa di 6 mesi anche in stage;
Buon utilizzo di MS Office, con focus su excel, powerpoint ed eventualmente canva;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Disponibile a trasferte per fiere di settore o sales meeting.
