We are looking for a Product Manager who is genuinely excited about our mission and about expanding our offering of professional products and services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and passionate team of designers and engineers to develop new products, including electronic boards, shields, kits, software and cloud solutions, and to improve the existing well-known ones.Your mission will be to manage the Product Life Cycle of the assigned product lines from first concept to phase out.

Ping pong and foosball tournaments (sport or gym benefit is also included for everyone).Seasonal celebrations, happy hours and everyday drinks and snacks at the office.Sunny rooftop lunch breaks and hamacas for relaxation and concentration.What you'll work on Definition of market targetsSupport Sales and Marketing for definition of value for customers, identification of competitive advantages, product differentiation and positioningGeneration and selection of product ideasBenchmarking of competitor productsDevelopment and testing of the product concept before developmentDefinition of product rangeDefinition of product requirements/characteristicsMonitoring of product development and industrialization activities (consistency with positioning and planning)Definition of product design, packaging, documentation in alignment with the relevant DeptsProposal of average prices/base price-listsPeriodic review of margins and proposal of pricelist reviewSupports the evaluation of requests about product customizationsProduct launch and promotionSupports Customer Success and Content teams for market test/field testEnsures Supply Chain readiness and alignment (preseries, ramp-up)Supports Customer Success and Marketing teams for the promotion/training of products to the sales networkBudgeting and participation in the definition of the OPEX and CAPEX budget for the organizational unitWhat you bring BS/MS in Engineering or other technical related fields5-10 yrs experience in developing electronic architecture, microprocessors and microcontrollersTechnical product knowledgeExperience in Product lifecycle managementKnowledge of Altium, KiCAD, Jira and AtlassianKnowledge of C++, Python and mircoPythonCoachablity and result driven attitude; capability to transform ideas into action and go for the extra mileBusiness acumen and proven record to build strong relationships with customer at C-levelLeadership attitude, motivate and influence others to reach the goalExcellent communication and presentation skillsBonus Points Experience with Arduino productsKnowledge of GolangIf you're excited about this role or about our company but your experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyways.
