We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for Badacare, one of our partner companies, who will take a key responsibility in designing and shaping the Tech Platform of the company, directly reporting to Badacare’s CEO and coordinating with Jointly’s CTO.

Badacare is a startup focusing on home caregiving all around Italy, supporting families to find and manage the best fitting caregivers for their loved ones. Through a sapient use of technology, its mission is to provide a service that actually improves people lives, especially for those who need that most.

**If you join, you will**:

- Understand Badacare’s market and customers, shaping and designing a best-in-class Tech Product to lead the business’ growth
- Define a Product Roadmap and prioritize the feature to be built according to the value they can bring, always maintaining a rigorous approach when validating assumptions and outcomes
- Translate the business features into actionables to insert in the Product Backlog, while determining goals and acceptance criteria
- Align with the CEO to ensure the Product fulfill company vision and
- Keep updated about both market and technology to bring new approaches, tools, and paradigms into the company
- Choose the best methodology to deliver quickly and iterate while ensuring that validated learning is always a priority

**This role is perfect for you if you have**:

- 6+ years of experience in Product Management roles
- Great understanding of modern Product Management approaches and culture
- Applied knowledge of the Agile Culture and related approaches (e.g., SCRUM)
- Exceptional communication skills, both in Italian and English
- Cross Functional and collaborative approach
- Customer centric mindset with particular care on the User Experience
- Plus: Expertise in welfare, B2B and Care contexts
