Job TitleRadiology Informatics - Tech Lead (Technical Project Manager)Job DescriptionTechnical Lead (Technical Project Manager) Being part of our Radiology Informatics (RI) international project delivery team, focused on European region. You will become reference for technical project governance and technical resource coordination on the delivery of Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions to customers. You will be working in tight contact with Project Managers, Strategic Business Architect, Sales, Delivery Engineers and R&D teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to specifications and quality standards as well on time and budget targets. You will be engaged in large scale and complex projects, such as regional solutions, large strategic programs and key customer management. Your role: Driving and/or the leadership of ensuring successful product adoption and optimization during and after solution implementation/delivery, aligning people and process with the technologyAnalyze contract, architecture documentation, project initiation document and join project kick off meetings to gather all information about the solution to be deliveredPerform stakeholder analysis, both internal and on customer side. Make sure to collect expectations and concerns from all key stakeholdersSupport Project Manager to update and maintain Statement of Work, feeding with technical plan and highlighting technical constraints, assumptions and risks.Work side-by-side with Project Managers to ensure project schedule is in line with SoW and help with the resource assignments from central teams and other international teams.Coordinate the technical delivery team, ensuring they are following the process as defined in the SoW, and act as single point of contact for the communication between the various technical teams involved.Host and maintain the defect list until handover to service, engaging the proper resources for the resolution of the various issues and ensuring timelines are metUpdate regularly all key stakeholders and provide feedback to their requests and/or concerns, elaborating the proper solutionsAct as change manager during the delivery phase, by designing and approve changes to the original solution. Contact and work with Product team (R&D), Solutions Architect and sales when neededAttend and coordinate Go-Live operations, and ensure proper handover to service operationsContributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projectsExecute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process FrameworkIs a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertiseDrives continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedbackRepresents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations You're the right fit if have: Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least two years experience in project management, technical team leadership, technical resource coordinationGood knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM master certification will be considered a plusGood knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMI or Prince 2Good knowledge of ITIL frameworkGood knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre SQL, including knowledge of SQL languageAt least basic knowledge of programming languagesPreferred languages: Perl, Python, PHP, .NETExcellent knowledge of Windows Server OSIntermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix OSExcellent Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Server and storage technologiesGood understanding of the cloud technologies, experience with AWS will be considered as a plusExcellent knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, Network Switch, Routers, Firewalls, VPN and Load BalancersIndependent problem solving, analytical and scientific approachTeam working attitudeGood communication skills, experience in creating status summary reports and writing technical documentation.English B2 Level as minimum (C1 is preferred)Desired competencies SCRUM Master, Prince 2, Togaf 9, ITSM certificates as a plus
