Per un prestigioso resort 5*L in Toscana parte di una catena alberghiera internazionale, stiamo cercando un/una DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING In qualità di Director of Housekeeping, saràresponsabile del monitoraggio degli standard e delle prestazioni del team houseekeping, al fine di organizzare e mantenere un elevato grado di eccellenza degli standard nelle suite, nelle ville e nelle aree pubbliche del resort.
Compiti e responsabilità: Supervisionare il funzionamento quotidiano delle pulizie, assicurando una comunicazione efficace per le questioni operative.Eseguire costantemente ispezioni per garantire gli standard generali di pulizia e manutenzione delle suite, delle ville, delle aree pubbliche e delle aree interne, nel rispetto delle linee guida del resort e degli standard di servizio del marchio.Dimostrare acume finanziario e preparare previsioni, monitorare i rapporti giornalieri e controllare le spese in base al budget del reparto senza sacrificare la qualità dei servizi.Cercare di raggiungere l'eccellenza del servizio incorporando la soddisfazione degli ospiti come componente delle riunioni di reparto, con particolare attenzione al miglioramento continuo.Promuovere e mantenere relazioni forti, positive e di supporto con il Front Office attraverso una comunicazione e una collaborazione efficaci.Valutare i livelli di personale in base alla domanda del business e fornire raccomandazioni per gli aggiustamenti quando necessario.Monitorare e gestire le prestazioni del team fornendo supervisione e sviluppo professionale, consulenza e coaching.Requisiti Precedente esperienza lavorativa in resort di lussoComprovate capacità manageriali nella gestione delle persone, nella pianificazione strategica e nel processo decisionaleElevata organizzazione, orientamento ai risultati, eccezionali capacità relazionali e di servizio al clienteCapacità di comunicare efficacemente e di fornire indicazioni in modo chiaro, conciso e professionale, sia in forma verbale che scritta.Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e italiana, sia orale che scritta.La conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus.Sede di lavoro:provincia di Siena
