Eli Lilly Italia, per lo stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino, è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all'interno di un interessante percorso di stage extra-curriculare come** **Export Supply Chain Intern**.
La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al Customer Service Manager, supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:
- Gestione del rapporto con i clienti per le attività legate agli ordini (claims, stato degli ordini, documenti di spedizione).
- Monitoraggio del software gestionale per il controllo degli indicatori PIWIR e OTIF.
- Identificazione tempestiva degli out of stock e gestione delle relative escalation.
- Partecipazione ai meeting settimanali per la definizione delle priorità operative.
- Organizzazione delle spedizioni, coordinando le attività con spedizionieri e magazzino in base alle richieste dei clienti.
- Coinvolgimento in progetti di Continuous Improvement per il miglioramento dei processi.
La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di lavorare a stretto contatto con i reparti Logistica, Production Planning, Quality e Global Supply Chain, partecipando attivamente alle dinamiche aziendali.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline economiche.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Competenza nell'uso di Excel e Power Point
- Spiccate capacità comunicative, attitudine al problem solving ed al team work
Previsto inserimento in stage con rimborso spese pari a 1100€ al mese con accesso gratuito alla mensa e bar aziendali.
