Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to establish effective recruiting strategies
- Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate pool
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Assess candidate interest and ability to thrive in our culture
- Foster lasting relationships with candidates
- Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
- Share best practice interviewing techniques with Interviewers
- Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or HR-related subjects
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language (minimum C1)
- At least 5 years of previous experience in Talent Acquisition & Development
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines
