Siamo alla ricerca di un talento da inserire all'interno del Team Underwriting Danni Non Auto e Rischi Speciali della nostra Direzione di Compagnia:
**Stageur Risk Management - Construction**
In particolare, la figura ricercata, verrà inserita in un percorso di formazione specialistica, in affiancamento a figure senior del team, per raggiungere graduale autonomia nelle seguenti attività:
- Valutare, selezionare e assumere rischi tecnologici (C.A.R., E.A.R., decennale postuma, cyber);
- Erogare costante assistenza alla rete di intermediari nelle diverse fasi del processo assuntivo, fornendo supporto tecnico/operativo, linee guida e informazioni;
- Verificare la corretta applicazione delle disposizioni e delle policy assuntive;
- Partecipare alle attività di sviluppo nuovi prodotti (predisposizione normativo di polizza e tools tariffari);
- Porre in essere attività di supporto alla rete di intermediari in chiave commerciale (cross selling e up selling di soluzioni assicurative) e di gestione portafoglio (manutenzione e risanamento portafoglio).
**Requisiti Richiesti**:
- Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico (oppure master specifici nel settore assicurativo e di gestione rischi);
- Preferibile breve esperienza in agenzia di sottoscrizione o compagnia assicurativa oppure come perito tecnico;
- Conoscenza norme generali di assicurazione e dei rischi nei rami construction/engineering;
- Attitudine alla relazione e task oriented;
- Buona conoscenza suite office.
**Sede di lavoro**: Direzione della Compagnia - Milano (MM1 Turro)
Si offre stage con rimborso spese mensile e ticket restaurant
Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Retribuzione: a partire da €700,00 al mese
