The Candidate should be responsible for the Ingot and Substrate Fab Yield within SiC Campus Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Data extraction, summarization, prediction, correlation and regression analysis
• Drive activities to identify root causes for yield loss or other production problems the implementation of containment and corrective actions.
• Working with Process Engineering to improve process stability.
• Collaborate and accelerate yield and KPI improvement activities with engineering team.
• Data reporting Provide yield improvements and aid in bring-up on new technologies
Process tuning and centering for optimal speed, yield and cost targets End-to-end data analysis and correlation of WAT, WS and in-line process monitoring Designing, executing and analyzing experiments Necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process Development of the equipment necessary to exploit the understanding gained in research (in collaboration with equipment suppliers) Profile (candidate's skills)
• Experimental and data analysis expertise
• Expertise in use of data analysis tools (Jump, Excel,) and techniques • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong drive to excel.
