Per azienda cliente che opera nel settore farmaceutico, stiamo selezionando un/una Project Manager per la realizzazione di nuovi prodotti farmaceutici.
La risorsa riporta direttamente all'Head of QA Operations e lavora a stretto contatto con il Validation Manager ed il Process Cleaning Validation Manager.Si occuperà di quanto segue:Introduzione di nuovi processi e prodotti all'interno dello stabilimento.Partecipare attivamente al miglioramento continuo dei processi implementati all'interno dello stabilimento.Fungere da punto di contatto chiave, interno ed esterno, per l'introduzione di nuovi prodotti, i trasferimenti di processo e le prove di fattibilità, coordinando le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte.Contribuire attivamente affinché i cambi per introduzione di prodotti e processi nello stabilimento siano adeguatamente gestiti e che l'introduzione di tali prodotti/processi sia in conformità ai requisiti delle norme GxP e ISO.Cooperare attivamente alla gestione dei processi di Convalida e Assicurazione Qualità e all'adempimento delle relative procedure.Intervenire attivamente nei processi d'investigazione e CAPA riferite a problematiche riscontrate in fase di introduzione di nuovi prodotti/processi.Responsabilità:Gestire, assicurando il rispetto dei requisiti regolatori e degli standard di qualità richiesti dalle Autorità Regolatorie, le attività di industrializzazione e introduzione nuovi processi e relative attività di convalida per i nuovi prodotti introdotti nello stabilimento.Supportare la valutazione nuove applicazioni, presentazioni, prodotti e l'identificazione dei relativi requisiti per NPI; programmazione attività di introduzione per i nuovi prodotti/processi; le funzioni aziendali nella definizione attività di convalida process/cleaning e nella loro realizzazione.Effettuare i Risk Assessment in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte.Partecipare attivamente al processo di gestione dei cambi, contribuendo a valutarne e identificarne i requisiti per NPI per assicurare il completamento di tutte le attività necessarie.Coordinare e supervisionare i tecnici delle società e dei laboratori esterni cui vengano commissionate attività di convalida relative all'area di competenza.Redigere procedure e protocolli funzionali conseguenti alla validazione di apparecchiature, sistemi o processi.Collaborare all'implementazione/monitoraggio dell'aderenza alle cGMP dello stabilimento; a investigazioni, ispezioni e qualunque altra azione volta a monitorare la qualità del prodotto.Requisiti:Laurea in Chimica-Farmaceutica.Almeno 2 anni di esperienza Pharma con prodotto finito.Conoscenza delle procedure farmaceutiche relative alla QA.Inserimento: Diretto in aziendaRetribuzione: fino a 60k + ticket restaurant € 7.5/giornoLuogo di lavoro: Caponago (MB)Orario di lavoro: Full timeIl presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91 e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
