We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to support one of our projects in Livorno.
Responsibilities: Report to the Project Manager Assists to the development and the application of the Construction Site Safety Plan, Controls the everyday application of the safety plan, reports non-compliances and takes remedy measures Is monitoring the Construction Site HSE organization, defines and applies the organizational measures for monitoring and accident prevention, taking site constraints into account Participates in design and constructability reviews Defines, organizes and sets up construction site supervision resources (personnel and logistics).
Handles relations with the project organization, the existing site entities and external organizations Plans, schedules and monitors contractors' works Controls cost variations in work contracts Supervises works and ensures the reception Assists the project manager for the mechanical acceptance of the facility by the end user Defends the interests of Solvay towards the Contractors and Vendors Job details: Duration: 1 year Location: Livorno Start date: as soon as possible Next Steps Someone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview .
If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge .
In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.
If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
Alternatively, if the outcome is negative, we will share our sincere feedback
