**Engineering & Construction Manager**

Si occuperà di:

- Garantire la corretta programmazione e realizzazione deli investimenti nei tempi previsti e nel rispetto del budget preventivato, coordinando le attività del team di Engineering & Construction e l’interazione con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei progetti;
- Assicurare la corretta esecuzione degli interventi di revamping/repowering nell’ambito del portafoglio impianti e la realizzazione dei progetti greenfield;
- Definire le linee strategiche di gestione dell’area dedicata all’ingegneria e alla costruzione;
- Pianificare e organizzare le attività dei diversi Project Manager incaricati della gestione dei cantieri;
- Gestire a livello strategico la relazione con i fornitori, assicurando l’efficacia della supply chain per le componenti tecnologiche critiche;
- Monitorare le diverse fasi progettuali e lo stato di avanzamento dei cantieri in essere;
- Organizzare e strutturare il team di Engineering & Construction per raggiungere gli obiettivi dell’azienda.

Si richiede:

- Conoscenza del settore delle energie rinnovabili, con particolare riferimento al fotovoltaico;
- Solido background professionale maturato in ambito construction, una pregressa esperienza sulla gestione di cantieri di revamping/repowering sarà considerata requisito preferenziale;
- Capacità di relazione con interlocutori diversificati e con stakeholder interni e esterni;
- Esperienza di gestione di team, capacità di leadership e problem solving.

Sede: Milano o Roma.
