The Senior Production Support Associate will support or lead all Safety, Quality and continuous improvement initiatives and programs in manufacturing. This position is part of the MFG Production Support team and will be onsite in Lodi.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Serve as Manufacturing Gemba point person for implementing changes, corrective actions and ensure horizontal deployment across all shifts.Audit existing processes and systems to assess and determine actions required for Safety, Quality and Productivity improvements.Collaborate with DBS, Production Managers and leadership to recommend kaizen opportunities and support sustainment activities.The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years of relevant experience.At least 2+ years of experience working in a regulated industry (GMP, ISO, FDA).It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Proven track record of leading initiatives and taking immediate action.Strong knowledge of DBS tools, 5S, Kaizen and Gemba.Given the essential job duties of this position, the employee is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including applicable boosters) as a condition of employment, subject to reasonable accommodation and applicable law.
