Il nostro cliente è un leader mondiale nella progettazione, nella produzione e nella distribuzione di componenti del sottocarro e di soluzioni per i sottocarri completi.
Per il loro Head Quarter a Valsamoggia (BO) siamo alla ricerca di un **KEY ACCOUNT** **MANAGER **che riporterà al O&M Manager, che dovrà gestire i clienti strategici dell'azienda e che si occuperà di:
- monitorare, analizzare e sviluppare nuove opportunità in termini di mercato/clienti/prodotti in collaborazione con le altre Funzioni aziendali
- monitorare e gestire i rapporti coi clienti acquisiti al fine di una maggiore comprensione delle esigenze e nell'ottica di una comune strategia
- identificare e documentare le richieste del cliente e fornire le informazioni utili per formulare un'appropriata soluzione técnica coinvolgendo e supportando il Project Engineering
- gestire il rapporto con i propri clienti, portare avanti nuove strategie di vendita e proporre previsioni di vendita per perseguire obiettivi di fatturato/margini
- gestire e coordinare il proprio team composto da tre persone del customer service
- esperienza di almeno **5 anni** **in ruoli simili in aziende industriali operanti in contesti multinazionali**:
- ottima conoscenza della **lingua inglese**:
- ottima capacità di **leadership **per gestire i suoi collaboratori
Completano il profilo ottime capacità comunicative, precisione, autonomia organizzativa e uno spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati.
