Siamo alla ricerca di un Operation Manager da inserire nell'organico della nostra ASA Software, in particolare per la gestione dei progetti dell'Area Puglia.
La figura ricercata si occuperà di gestire e monitorare i progetti in tutte le loro fasi di vita.
La figura si occuperà principalmente di:  Gestione dell'attività e della governance dei progetti Gestione di tutti i PM dedicati ai progetti specifici dell'Area Supporto alla pianificazione delle risorse e delle attività di progetto; Definizione di nuove proposte per l'ottimizzazione dei processi; Rendicontazione interna, SAL e predisposizione della documentazione aziendale per l'Area manager Supporto alla fatturazione di Area in carico ai vari PM Gestione della comunicazione con gli stakeholder coinvolti.
Caratteristiche ricercate:  Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o settori affini Conoscenza delle metodologie e degli strumenti di Project Management Dimestichezza nell'uso del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo Preferibile familiarità con il contesto sanitario Disponibilità a trasferte Preferibile possesso di Certificazioni nell'Area di Project Management.
Completa il profilo una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B1).
Soft Skills: Eccellenti capacità organizzative Forte orientamento alla gestione e pianificazione di progetti di varia complessità Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working.
