L'Area Project Management ha il compito di gestire lo sviluppo della Commessa dalla fase di offerta fino alla consegna.
Ciò avviene coinvolgendo trasversalmente anche altre Funzioni Aziendali quali l'Ingegneria con il fine di assicurare il massimo risultato economico possibile mantenendo la forte valenza tecnica e la responsabilit dell'esito in termini di rispondenza al requisito.
ATTIVITÀ Il Project Manager è il focal point per tutte le tutte le attivit di Commessa ed è responsabile della pianificazione, realizzazione e controllo del progetto affidatogli, pertanto deve saper assumere decisioni in autonomia e dirigere il proprio Team, assicurando altresì che i tempi, i costi e la qualit della Commessa siano rispettati allo scopo di conseguire la massima soddisfazione del cliente coniugata al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali stabiliti.
Verificare la completezza e la chiarezza della documentazione contrattuale, gestire i rapporti con il cliente, nell'ottica di assicurare la sua piena soddisfazione, fornendo le informazioni sullo stato avanzamento della Commessa, criticit , azioni correttive e negoziando eventuali variazioni allo scopo di fornitura, pianificare lo sviluppo temporale delle attivit di Commessa, gestire e coordinare le attivit di Commessa, in accordo ai programmi, al budget e alle procedure aziendali, identificare la tipologia dei rischi di Commessa e valutarne l'entit , monitorare l'andamento della Commessa, attuando tutte le azioni necessarie al raggiungimento del risultato economico, aggiornare il preventivo costi della Commessa, gestire gli aspetti finanziari, in termini di tempestiva emissione delle fatture, verifica dei pagamenti e richieste di restituzione delle fideiussioni scadute, eseguire le Design Review, in accordo con i Responsabili Aziendali stabilire la chiusura delle Commesse, stimando gli eventuali stanziamenti per i costi di garanzia.
REQUISITI Laurea in Ingegneria elettronica o gestionale, Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo in contesti strutturati, Preferibile precedente esperienza in ambito tecnico, Buona conoscenza SAP e Microsoft Project, Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, Si richiedono spiccate capacit di autogestione, proattivit nell'individuazione e risoluzione dei problemi, capacit di lavorare sotto pressione, flessibilit e adattamento.
Sede di lavoro GENOVA.
Richiesta disponibilit ad eventuali trasferte in Italia ed all'estero.
