Job Description
Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivatedSales Managerto join the Sales team ofour client, a lifestyle hotel, part of an International Hotel Group.

Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Luxury Leisure & MICE Clients/Agencies in UK & US
Leading and managing the daily sales efforts forour client, with a focus on positioning the hotel, brand communication, and customer development for various aspects including rooms, dining outlets, and events.

Overseeing rental revenue, yield strategies, implementation, market performance, and achieving budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.

Building effective partnerships with like-minded luxury brands to enhance revenue and positioning, while also establishing and maintaining strong business relations with key luxury travel agencies.

Collaborating with the Executive team in preparing annual sales and marketing budgets.

Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and optimizing existing ones.

Requirements

Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in the English language and Italian.

Sales experience inthe hospitality industry is a must with exposure on UK & US Markets

Ideally hold a degree in business management, hotel management, marketing, or an equivalent field.

Exhibit dynamic leadership, excellent communication, decision-making skills, and a sharp business acumen..

Showcase strong selling and negotiation skills, along with good analytical abilities.

Requirements
