Per Azienda Metalmeccanica di Sesto Fiorentino (FI), specializzata nella produzione di equipment tecnologici per il mondo del caffè, si ricerca un/una:
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN
La risorsa, all'interno dell'Ufficio Tecnico e a diretto riporto del Responsabile Commerciale, verrà affiancata e formata nelle seguenti attività:
Promuovere il prodotto ai clienti esistenti e identificare quelli potenziali, in particolare i clienti industriali;
Fornire assistenza ai clienti dopo la vendita per risolvere ogni eventuale problema tecnico insorto;
Collaborare con il dipartimento R&
S nella progettazione diprodotti e servizi;
Fungere da collegamento tra cliente e ufficio tecnico dell'azienda;
Rapportarsi con clienti ed altri Tecnici per valutare le necessità delle apparecchiature e determinare i requisiti di sistema;
Collaborare con l'ufficio commerciale per capire le esigenze dei clienti e fornire assistenza;
Redazione preventivi e compilazione documenti commerciali.
**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea Triennale in Economia;
Buon livello di utilizzo del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
Conoscenza avanzata della Lingua Inglese sia scritta che orale (B2/C1);
