We understand, applying for a new role can be overwhelming sometimes, so we have outlined each step of our process – from submitting your online application through to joining Officina Stellare. Interviews If your application passes the initial screening, a recruiter will contact you to further discuss your application. A suitable time will be arranged, this will be held either on Microsoft Teams or in person and will be approximately 1 hour long. The process may differ slightly depending on the role, and you will be asked to attend between 2-3 interviews before a job offer is made. Interviews are not only for our team to greater understand your experience, they also allow you to ask any additional questions you may have about the company and the role. ABOUT THE ROLE: We deliver innovative mechanical engineering solutions for ground and space-based optical applications. We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused JUNIOR PROGRAM MANAGER to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our organization. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with senior program managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO Co-ordination and control of overall project tasks Co-ordination and control of internal activities I/F with customer Sub-contractors management Project and Management Plan preparation Schedule and costs control Progress Reporting and control Risk management and corrective actions implementation Risk Assessment Report and Register preparation and maintenance Change Request Management Co-ordination of Configuration and Documentation activity Support to Procurement for suppliers management Support to contract management Reviews & meetings planning, preparation and attendance YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM MANAGER University degree in technical fields or in Engineering Management Problem-solving aptitude Proactive aptitude and ability to leading a work team Good communication skills Aptitude to work toward objectives Leadership Knowledge of English Language Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-language, multi-cultural team Tools: MS office, including Project THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE Mechanical background 1 year experience in Program Management Planning SW knowledge (e.g. ERP) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Contract: permanent Location: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy) Working time: full time, hybrid as per the internal policy Benefit: company Gym J-18808-Ljbffr
