What we offerHybrid working modeSupport in reconciling work and family lifeEurope-wide employee app "LEAPP"Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel GroupTraining and development programmes at our Leonardo AcademyTeam eventsYour Main DutiesMonitor the approval process of the invoicesPrepare and process the weekly transfer list for paymentsProcess payment of salaries and taxesReconcile statements and payment records in the accounting systemDirect contact with all the suppliersAssist the team with month-end / quarterly closing activitiesMonitor the email of the departmentYour ProfileBE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourselfAccounting diploma and/or Economics degree2-years working experience in a similar roleAdvanced knowledge of Office – especially ExcelVery good command of English and Italian (written and spoken)Precision, reliability, attention to detail, respect for deadlinesGood communication skills and team spiritWe look forward to receiving your online application as Account Payable (d/f/m).
