**Partner with the best**
You will be responsible for preparing cost estimation and execution schedule of engineering services (feasibility studies, basic design, front-end design), EP, EPC proposals according to agreed deadlines in support to the generation of a solid pipeline of opportunities in the field of CO2 capture, CO2 transportation, CO2 utilization and CO2 storage.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.
engineering, sourcing, technology, etc.)
to develop competitive solutions meeting customer requirements while respecting deadlines.
As CCUS Cost Estimating & Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing engineering, construction, and operation budgets as well as implementation schedules for CCUS projects (incl.
feasibilities studies, basic design, front-end design, EP, EPC, EPCm, etc.
)
- Evaluating customer requisitions for developing a comprehensive understanding of each project
- Preparing inquiry packages and request for quotes as well as analyzing and finding the most competitive solution for each project
- Developing in-house cost database and monitor/record customer's feedback by performing regular investigation of market pricing (labor, equipment, materials, etc.
)
- Keeping detailed records of quotes and their evaluations, reports, meeting minutes, etc.
- Supporting technical discussions with customers, EPCs, consultants, etc.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor degree in either Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or demonstrate equivalent and/or related professional expertise
- Demonstrate a solid background in the EPC business and good experience in cost estimating and scheduling within Oil & Gas and Industrial markets; having AACE certification will be an advantage
- Have an aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of market conditions
- Have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate fluently in English
- Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
- Have an inquisitive attitude with attention to detail and a structured approach
- Have the ability to keep deadlines and high-quality standard
