Job purpose
**Rôle et Responsabilités**
**Key responsibilities**:
- To be constantly updated about Private & Public activities with a potential impact on HME's business interests and to ensure the effective, as much as possible in advance, information flow with HME Top Management.
To keep HME Top Management informed about Italian Healthcare environment evolution.
- To stay constantly in touch and maintain the proper network with Institutions main representatives to monitor the trends / leading opinions on matters of HME interest.
To keep HME Top Management constantly updated.
- To propose to HME Top Management possible initiatives and actions which can support Division's strategy in front of main Institutions.
Upon request of HME Top Management, to facilitate the organization of meetings with Institution's representatives, thanks to his own network of contacts in the relevant environment.
- To support HMEI's Top Management in the relationship with Private & Publict's Institutions acting as an internal consultant and providing his guide on relevant "etiquette".
To support HME Top Management, in particular Korean one, in understanding Italian Healthcare environment dynamics.
- Upon request of HME Top Management represents the Division in meetings or events organized at Institution level or c/o Associations the Company/Division is part of.
- To drive the activities of the external P.A.
agency, to verify the job done and to ensure the quality and timeliness of the required output.
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Educational Background: Bachelor or Master Degree - preferably in Economics;
- Professional Background: 2 - 4 years' experience in a similar role in a multinational company or in a consulting firm
- Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
- Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English
- Demonstrated experience in interacting with regulators, governmental bodies, public interest groups, associations or consumer advocacy groups;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders (Italian and Foreigners), executing strategies, delivering solutions, and managing cross-functional projects;
- Excellent attention to detail and personal, political, analytical, and communication skills;
- A self-starter attitude: instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional stretch goals and meet them;
- Curiosity, creative thinking.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation and capability of working independently to meet deadlines.
- Must have strong planning and organizational skills, including managing multiple changing priorities.
Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, especially in handling of confidential, sensitive, or controversial issues.
